Terms & Conditions

By joining InstaSupport, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. InstaSupport Overview
InstaSupport is an Instagram support and accountability programme designed to provide guidance, motivation and expert advice. 
The programme includes:
  • Monthly 1 hour Zoom sessions.
  • Access to an exclusive Telegram chat for ongoing support.
  • Updates and insights on Instagram features and best practices.
  • Accountability and support to help achieve Instagram growth.
 
2. Eligibility & Membership
  • Minimum Commitment: A 3 month minimum commitment is required to join. After this period, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly contract.
  • Membership Fee: £37.99 per month, payable in advance.
  • Membership is non-transferable and intended for the use of the subscriber only.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
  • Payments will be processed monthly.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, missed sessions, or early cancellation of the subscription.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access.
 
4. Programme Access

Zoom Sessions: 

  • Sessions are held monthly for 1 hour. Zoom links will be sent in advance via email and Telegram.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
  • Recordings will be provided.
 
Telegram Chat Access:
  • Members are expected to engage respectfully with the community. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.
  • Pink Storm Social reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for violations of these terms or inappropriate conduct. 

5. Content & Updates
InstaSupport content, including advice, updates and resources shared during Zoom sessions or in the Telegram chat, is proprietary. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing this content without explicit permission is prohibited.
 
6. Milla’s Availability
Milla will do her best to respond to all questions in Telegram within 3 hours during weekdays, from 10am- 3 pm (UK time). Please note the group will not be monitored on weekends or bank holidays, questions posted during this time will be addressed on the next working day.

7. Liability
InstaSupport provides guidance and advice; however, results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. Pink Storm Social is not liable for specific outcomes or any issues arising from the use of the advice provided.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
By joining InstaSupport, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any significant changes, which will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.

TELEGRAM GROUP RULES

1. Respect and Kindness
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment so treat all InstaSupporters with respect and kindness.
No hate speech, bullying or offensive language.
 
2. Confidentiality
Being part of InstaSupport requires mutual trust. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
Keep personal info of members private and no forwarding conversations from the group to others.
 
3. Sharing of Inappropriate Content
I encourage you to share tools and resources that can benefit other members but please don’t include any affiliate links.
No sharing of copyrighted material or any illegal info.
 
4. Stay on Topic
Share questions, tips and support related to Instagram.
Please keep ‘off topic’ discussions and unnecessary one line replies to a minimum.
 
5. Participation
Engage positively by answering questions, offering help or sharing experiences.
 
6. Milla’s Availability
